    I had jets pizza for the first time it was the best ever the flavors were perfect the crust was awesome baked all the way. My dog was mad because there was no crust left for him the flavor crust was perfect the west saginaw store knocked it out of the park . Thank you

    Ordered a pizza 3 and a half hours ago. Called an hour ago and they said that they would make it fresh, make it a priority to get it here, and it would be free. Still no pizza. They are now closed. I'm out $40 and my family didn't get dinner. *Update: Called the store this morning. Our money was refunded and a credit given for the food we didn't receive. We will try again in the future as the food is good.

    Ordered 2 times over a 2 week period, both times they failed to deliver in a timely fashion over an hour. Used to be good, not as of lately. Keep in mind we are less than 2 miles from them!!

    I was staying at a local hotel and called to order some pizza. This should have been easy. Instead, I got a rather rude man on the phone who informed me that they weren't delivering right now and that their delivery drivers were busy. When I asked if they would be delivering later in the evening, he informed me maybe and I could call back and ask. I ended up ordering from someplace else because if someone doesn't know enough to know when delivery will be available, I'm not sure they can be trusted to put the right ingredients on a pizza.

    Ok where do I start ? First I want to thank Jets Pizza for delivering one of the best hot fresh Pizzas I’ve ever had. The delivery was fast and the driver found me in a truck parking lot on a cold light snowy Friday night , even got out of the car to serve me and I was standing right at the window excellent service from taking the order to the delivery 5 stars . Some of you locals are really ridiculous with your comments I mean really people I read plenty of unpleasant comments before I decided to order . I considered dominoes and other locations but that one deep dish pizza photo they had up on the site looked so good I had to try it . I’m from out of town Baltimore , Md and anytime I’m in Lansing , MI (Jet’s Pizza) will be sure get my business.
